When visiting Churchill Forge you are surrounded by some of the most interesting, spectacular , scenic and unspoiled areas of Co.Kerry. From blue flag beaches to celtic, monastic and pre-historic sites, the areas surrounding Fenit, Barrow and Ardfert are rich in Irish cultural history and legend.

Ardfert Abbey & Cathedral

A spectacular cathedral inspired by St Brendan the Navigator constructed in the 12th century.

Barrow Harbour

Barrow harbour was once the major port for this region of Kerry , servicing the monastic settlement of Ardfert and the general area of Tralee. it predates all other ports in the area like Fenit Blennerville and Tralee

Fenit Village

Fenit is a small village in County Kerry, Ireland, located on north side of Tralee Bay about 10 km (6 mi) west of Tralee town, just south of the Shannon Estuary.

Tralee to Fenit Greenway

With its breath-taking views of Mount Brandon, Tralee Bay and Fenit Harbour, you can explore both countryside and coast by foot or by bike along the Tralee to Fenit Greenway.
